I set up this blog to allow others in the industry to engage with each other, share knowledge and provide strategies and methods that we, as construction project managers, can use to be more efficient, productive, smarter and more precise at what we do. Topics of discussion include dealing with inception to completion of major projects and all core construction issues, how to procure a high
quality service, catering for work patterns and ensuring delivery on time, within a strict budget, and any other topics raised – the more the merrier!
Sadly there aren’t enough hours in the day for me to dedicate
the time I’d like to the blog, but like all of you, I have a day job as well as finishing off my last year at University. Hopefully, despite this, together we can build a truly great construction project blog which I hope you enjoy reading, feel inspired to comment and share your own ideas and help us create a more efficient and productive construction industry.
